Best Offer — answer buyers without leaving Profitio

Buyer offers appear the moment eBay sends them.
Accept, decline or counter from the dashboard — every storefront in one list.
AI drafts the counter and the note to the buyer; you edit and send it.
Automatic responses stay OFF until you switch them on; until then the engine records what it would have done.
Answered offers stay visible for a week with their real outcome.

Listing autopilot — titles and item specifics

Titles are rewritten only where a rewrite can actually help, so AI credits go to listings that gain from it.
Quality gates reject anything that would make a listing harder to find; a listing is left alone rather than churned.
Item Specifics optimizer fills the aspects eBay expects for the category.
Every change is logged with before/after and can be reverted.

Commerce Orchestrator — one head over every pricing engine

Pricing, promotions and offers stop acting independently and answer to one set of rules.
Every price move passes safety checks before it reaches the marketplace.
Each decision produces a verdict you can read — what was proposed, what blocked it, why.
Runs in observe mode first: it records what it would do before it is allowed to do it.

Push notifications replace polling

eBay now tells us the moment an item sells, is revised, ends or receives an offer.
Orders, listing status and Best Offers update in seconds instead of on the next cron.
Less of your daily API allowance spent on polling, more available for real work.

Repricer with competitor intelligence

Prices follow the real market for each listing, not a blanket percentage.
Competitors are verified before anything is priced against them — a doubtful match is skipped, not guessed at.
Listings that have been sitting longest get attention first.
Your minimum margin and price floor are hard limits the engine cannot cross.

Markdown sales, relist engine and repeat-buyer outreach

Automatic markdown sales with a safety report before anything goes live.
End & relist that protects your original price instead of eroding it.
Repeat-buyer outreach to past customers — seller-controlled and off by default.
Order attribution — every sale traced back to the engine that earned it.

Shipping estimates and photo condition grading

Shipping cost estimated per SKU, including from the photo when the listing text is not enough.
Estimates are calibrated against your own shipping history rather than a generic table.
Identical parts get a consistent estimate instead of three different ones.
Photo condition grading reads the pictures and proposes a condition grade.

VeRO compliance

Listings screened against rights-owner programmes before a takedown lands.
Banned-term validator runs on every AI-generated title and description.
A VeRO lock blocks any automated price or title change on a flagged listing.
