One approval on eBay and your listings, orders, fees and payouts start arriving on their own. Here is what that gives you, how it stays current, and how to take the access back whenever you want.
You approve the connection on eBay's own site and come back. Profitio never sees your eBay password, and you can withdraw the access from your eBay account whenever you want.
You are sent to eBay, sign in there, and approve. Profitio only ever holds a token, which you can revoke from either side.
Connect more than one eBay account to the same Profitio company. Each stays separate, and most screens let you look at one storefront or all of them.
Access tokens are short-lived and renewed in the background. You are not asked to reconnect unless eBay invalidates the grant or you revoke it.
Your eBay data arrives on its own and stays current. Here is what it turns into.
Each order carries its revenue, postage, fees and refunds, reconciled against your eBay payouts. Open an order and the margin is already there.
Final value fees, ad spend and postage labels come straight from your eBay transactions, including the charges that land separately from the sale.
Repricing weighs your delivered price, item plus postage, against live competing listings and holds the floor you set. Sales and markdowns run on the same stock.
Promoted Listings bids are set for each item and measured against what that item returns, so your ad budget follows the stock that actually sells.
Every open return and case carries the date eBay expects you to act. The ones with money attached reach you while there is still time to act.
Send offers to the buyers already watching your listings, on the items eBay marks eligible. You set the discount and the rules that pick the listings.
eBay asks for your approval before any of this begins, and shows you exactly what it is granting. You can withdraw it at any time from your eBay account.
On first connection Profitio reads your trading history, then keeps it current. Large catalogues arrive in steady batches, so a big storefront lands as reliably as a small one.

Continuous and automatic. Your numbers are current when you open them.
Orders and listings through the day; financial data, returns and campaign data on their own schedules. Nothing needs you to be logged in.
You can trigger a sync yourself from the integration screen when you want to see something immediately.
Your data refreshes continuously in the background, at a pace that keeps a large storefront as current as a small one. You open Profitio and the figures are already there.
Reading your data changes nothing on eBay. Profitio can also act for you — revise a price, end or relist an item, send an offer to interested buyers, change an ad rate — and every one of those stays switched off until you turn it on.
From either side, at any time.
Disconnect the storefront on the integration screen. Syncing stops immediately and the stored token is removed.
Imported history stays so your past reports still work. If you would rather it did not, ask us to delete it and we will.
You can also revoke Profitio from your eBay account settings. The grant stops working immediately and Profitio stops being able to read anything.
eBay refresh tokens have a lifetime and eventually need re-approval, and eBay also invalidates a grant if you change your account password or revoke access. Reconnecting takes the same few clicks as the first time, and nothing already imported is lost.
Large catalogues arrive over several passes, so a listing that is not there yet normally lands on the next one. The integration screen shows the last sync time for each storefront and anything that needs your attention.
Payout reconciliation depends on what your eBay account and marketplace make available. Where it is there, your payouts are matched to the orders behind them. Where it is not, your orders, fees and refunds still arrive in full, and Profitio marks which figures eBay has confirmed.
Yes. Each storefront connects separately and stays separate. Screens that show eBay data let you pin one storefront or view them together.
No. Importing is read-only. Profitio can make changes, but only through features you have switched on — and they are off by default.
No. Profitio connects through eBay's public APIs like any third-party application. We are not endorsed, certified or sponsored by eBay, and we do not claim to be.
The business side — profit per order, inventory, reports and what it saves you — is on the eBay sellers page.
